Electrostatic Discharging

There are a variety of requirements for an efficient and sustainable discharging product. Eltex offers several components which, put together in a modular way, provides a solution to any problem.

Cleaning

Ion blower guns/nozzles and dynamic blow-off station

Hand-held ion blow guns for manual cleaning, ion blow guns for the Ex area, ion blow nozzles for fixed installation and a blow-off station with rotating ion blow nozzles for cleaning of three-dimensional surfaces.

Electrostatic charging - optimizing processes

Eltex charging systems are used when products are to be “electrostatically adhered” to each other for a limited period of time in order to improve a production process. An example from the printing industry is the edge-precise blocking of the paper ribbons in the finishing process.
