Thanks to Electrostatic Printing Assist, high-quality gravure printing is a matter of course

POWER TOP GNH63

  • The new ESA POWER TOP GNH63 system
  • The Eltex ESA Top Loading system of the latest generation – POWER TOP GNH63
  • The infeed paper or film web is discharged by the discharge bar to eliminate any existing residual static charges. The nip voltage required in the printing nip is transferred into the conductive layer of the impression roller coating via the impression roller bar. The nip voltage (300 to 900V DC) causes the ink to transfer from the cells to the substrate with point-to-point accuracy and without high impression roller pressure. A 2-layer impression roller is used for the ESA POWER TOP system GNH63. The Eltex POWER TOP GNH63 system is available in hazardous area in gas grous IIA and IIB and can be used in water-based gravure printing
  • With the POWER TOP generator PCTL, the ESA GNH63 printing assist system achieves performance level d. An important parameter for the reliability of safety-related functions according to the safety standard EN 13849

Upgrade to ESA POWER TOP GNH63

  • Upgrade Eltex ESA Top Loading System to POWER TOP GNH63
  • he new POWER CHARGER PCTL generators and remote controls easily supply existing charging and discharging bars from previous Eltex Top Loading systems. Only minor modifications are required
  • No new high-voltage or signal cables need to be laid, and the existing safety circuit can also be reused without modification. This means that existing Eltex Top Loading systems can be upgraded to the latest technology and to the current safety standard with little effort
