ESD Mat

There are 3 different types of ceiling ionizers to choose from and the range includes analog systems to the very sophisticated Fully Digital Technology series suitable for most cleanroom applications.

All the 3 different series are modular, low voltage 24VAC and can be easily configured for most applications.

1964

  • Conductive Vinyl Floor Matting
  • Provides a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path-to-ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear
  • Rtg: < 1 x 106ohms per ANSI/ESD 7.1 and ESD TR53
  • Meets the required limits of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and is suitable flooring component in personnel grounding Footwear/Flooring System (Ref: STM97.1 and STM97.2). The resistance range of the surface layer remains low enough to act as a path to ground with the normal build-up of dirt and grime on the mat.
  • Non-carbon loaded, non-sloughing and permanently conductive
  • Providing a static-safe conductive work area for a wide variety of applications where ESD properties are required.
  • Resistance
    1. Surface to Ground (Rtg) < 1 x 106

8200 Floor Mat

  • 8200 Series Dissipative Vinyl Three-Layer Mats and Rolls are soft table mats with a three-layer construction that meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 tested per worksurface standard ANSI/ESD STM4.1-2017. The top color layer is durable static dissipative vinyl, which has sufficiently low resistance to discharge static-laden conductors, yet will help prevent the shorting of pins on the backs of printed circuit boards laid on the mat. The middle layer is a highly-conductive scrim that provides the main discharge path to ground, and the bottom layer is static-dissipative foam, providing a durable nonskid cushion. Compatible with Constant Monitors.
  • Resistance
    1. Surface to Ground (Rtg)
    2. Surface to Surface (Rtt)
    3. 1 x 106 to < 1 x 109 ohms
    4. 1 x 106 to < 1 x 109 ohms

  • This three-layer vinyl material provides excellent electrical properties.
  • The top layer is made from a tough, easy-to-clean dissipative vinyl.
  • The center layer, a highly conductive metal scrim, moves the charge from the surface to ground quickly. The bottom layer is a durable, non-skid, cushion of dissipative foam.
  • Compatible with constant monitors. Available in rolls, mats, and mats with a ground cord.
  • Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 worksurface required limits and recommendation of ANSI/ESD S4.1
  • Resistances
